KARACHI, Oct 31: Danish Sports were beaten by five wickets against Bilal Friends in the 8th Danish Trophy on Friday.

Danish Sports bowled out for 120 runs in 17.5 overs with Mohammad Amjad (30) being the top scorer.

Bilal Friends reached the target in 17.1 overs scoring 122 for five wickets.

Saturday fixture: Afzal Sports meet Saddar Town.

Narrow victory

Asghar Ali Shah CC (AASCC) registered a narrow 15-run victory over Shaheen Gymkhana in the Aga Khan Gymkhana Ramazan Festival League tournament played on Friday.

AASCC scored 180 for loss of seven wickets with Shujat Ali (55) and Kamran Hussain (42) making the bulk of the runs. Spinners Imran Omar three for 34 and Tahir Andy two for 23, were among the wickets.

Shaheen Gymkhana could only manage 165 for loss of six wickets.
