PESHAWAR, Oct 31: The shortage of X-ray films at the Khyber Teaching Hospital has been causing serious problems for patients.
An official at the hospital told Dawn that the Khyber Teaching Hospital management owed about Rs19 million as an outstanding amount to the supplying firms, because of which they had stopped the supply of X-ray films.
“Most of the patients are being sent to private clinics to conduct their X-rays”, said a technician.
