20 houses gutted

KHAIRPUR, Oct 27: Some 20 houses were reduced to ashes when a fire broke out in houses of Bagaris near the Sabzi market on Monday.

The fire also engulfed live PVC electricity cable, forcing Hesco officials to disconnect electricity supply to 10 localities of the city and residential colonies of government officials.

PPP LEADER: Central leader of the Pakistan People’s Party Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi has criticized the government on the issue of Kalabagh dam.

He was speaking to newsmen on Monday during his visit to Ranipur, Hingorja and Sobhodero Talukas.
