‘1,000 jobless to be sent abroad’

QUETTA, Oct 26: The Overseas Pakistani Foundation (OPF) will send 1,000 skilled and educated jobless youths to Malaysia from Gwadar for job.

Federal Minister for Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis Mian Abdul Sattar Laleka told newsmen in Gwadar on Saturday.

He said his ministry would make all possible efforts to provide maximum facilities to the people of coastal town of Gwadar, which would be the second new port city of the country after Karachi after the completion of deep seaport.

“After signing an agreement with Malaysian government, the foundation will begin selection,” Mr Laleka said.
