ISLAMABAD, Oct 25: M. Usman claimed the under-16 crown in the Ufone Juniors Tournament on Saturday scoring an easy victory over Naumanul Haq at the Islamabad Tennis Academy. Usman walloped Nauman 6-2, 6-0.
Anoosha Aslam bagged the girls’ under-18 title by outplaying Zainab Khan 6-3, 6-1.
The five-day tournament was organised by ITA and as many as 50 juniors took part.
Results:
Under-16 final: M. Usman bt Naumanul Haq (ITA) 6-2, 6-0.
Under-18 girls final: Anoosha Aslam (ITA) bt Zainab Khan 6-3, 6-1.
