KARACHI: W&S complaint cells set up

KARACHI, Oct 25: The city government’s water and sanitation department has set up 25 complaint centres to attend to water shortage complaints during Ramazan.

The centres have been set up in towns and at the head office of the W&S.

The centre at the head office will function round-the-clock while other centres set up at town level will receive complaints from 9am to 5.30pm.

The telephone numbers of complaint centres are as follows:

Meanwhile, the W&S department’s executive district officer, Brig Asif Ghazali has directed engineers to ensure judicious water supply during Ramazan.

He also asked the chief engineer to set up a complaint centre in his office to receive complaints round-the-clock.
