Chambers tests positive
LONDON, Oct 22: British sprinter Dwain Chambers, the European 100 metres record holder, insisted on Wednesday that he is not a drugs cheat despite testing positive for the banned designer steroid tetrahydrogestrinone (THG) at the heart of a new US doping scandal.
The 25-year-old runner said he will fight any suggestion that he wilfully tried to deceive the authorities, his solicitor said.—AFP
