Two killed by armed men

SUKKUR, Oct 22: Two people were killed by armed men in two separate incidents in Shikarpur district on Tuesday.

Hakim Ali, son of Noor Ahmed Dayo, 40, was gunned down in Gharibabad in the jurisdiction of the Lakhidar police station.

The cause of the murder was not ascertained. No case was registered till filling this report.

In another incident, some five armed men entered Ishaq Dero village near Madeji and opened fire on Shaman Ali. He died on the spot. No case was registered.

EYE HOSPITAL: Executive director Al-Shifa eye hospital has announced schedule of holding two free eye camps in order to facilitate deserving people with eye ailments.

The first eye camp will be held on Oct 28 at the taluka hospital Ubauro, Ghotki district and second on Oct 30 at the rural health center Jarwar, taluka Mirpur Mathelo of the same district.

Executive director advised people of the respective areas to attend eye camps on the above-mentioned dates for treatment of their eye diseases.
