Hanif, Imran shine

KARACHI, Oct 15: Hanif Malik (60) and Muhammad Imran (50) cracked polished half centuries in Wackenhut Security Pakistan (WHSP) 71 run success over UBL Karachi in DHA Trophy Inter-firms cricket tournament at UBL Ground on Tuesday.

Hanif hammered four boundaries and brace of sixes and Imran struck five fours to help WHSP to score 243 for five wickets in 40 overs. UBLK in reply were bowled out for 172 in as many over.

At Student Ground, City Government Karachi (CDGK) beat Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) by six wickets.
