HYDERABAD, Oct 15: The University of Sindh will remain closed on Oct 16 on account of Urs of Qalandar Lal Shahbaz.

The university registrar said counters of the directorate of admissions would remain open to receive forms from the students as usual from 7.30am to 7pm.

IIT: The director, Institute of Information Technology, University of Sindh, announced on Wednesday that the special supplementary examination 2002 of BSc (hons) part-III, electronics, telecommunication, BS (IT) final year, MSc electronics and telecommunication would start from Oct 23 for the improvement in their marks.

Interested candidates have been advised to fill their examination forms up to Oct 22 and obtain their admit cards. The examination fee has been fixed Rs300 for each semester.
