Underwater ICBM
MOSCOW, Oct 15: Russia’s navy on Wednesday successfully test-launched an underwater intercontinental ballistic missile, Interfax quoted navy spokesman Igor Dygak as saying.
The Northern Fleet fired the missile from the Arkhangelsk cruiser in the White Sea, hitting its target some 6,000 kilometres to the east on the Kamchatka Peninsula.—AFP
