KHAIRPUR, Oct 2: The Awam Dost members of district council are being harassed by police before elections for the seat of Naib Nazim of the district.
This was said by supporters of the Awam Dost Panel after their meeting held here the other day.
They said this act was a direct attempt to interfere in elections of district Naib Nazim scheduled on Oct 20.
They said 13 people including close relatives of Ghulam Qasim Jiskani, candidate of the Awam Dost Panel for district Naib Nazim seat had been booked by the Kot Diji police in a water theft case.
