Tax recovery contract cancelled
FAISALABAD, Oct 1: The Tehsil Municipal Officer (City) has cancelled the property transfer tax collection on complaints of overcharging and forgery.
TMA (city) sources revealed here on Wednesday that TMO Pervez Abbas, conducted an inquiry and found the contractor and his representatives over-charging.
He cancelled the contract and asked the City Nazim to arrange the recovery of taxes through TMA sources.
