KARACHI, Sept 19: Off-spinner Shahmir Khattak captured seven wickets to bowl Zone-II Whites in the final of Touchme KCCA Inter-zonal Under-17 cricket championship when they whipped Zone-V Whites by 52 runs at Students Sports Ground on Thursday.

Shahmir finished with seven wickets for 50 runs in 13.1 overs as Zone-V Whites in reply to Zone-II Whites total of 248 for nine wickets were bowled out for 196.

Farrukh Zia hit 59 with eight boundaries and Ali Asad made 50 with five boundaries in his 50 when Zone-II Whites batted.

The final will be held at TMC Ground on Sunday.
