‘A’ team win Army boxing

LAHORE, Sept 18: ‘A’ team with 15 points won the Lahore Zone Army Boxing Championship at Lahore Cantt on Thursday.

‘B’ team with 13 points and ‘C’ with five points came in the second and third spot, respectively.

Light flyweight: Khaliq Mehmood (B) bt Muhammad Salim (B).

Flyweight: Muhammad Saleem (A) bt Muhammad Ejaz (B).

Lightweight: Arif Mehmood (C) bt Ishaq Hussain (C).

Middleweight: Muhammad Sajid (A) bt Javed Qaiser (B).

Bantamweight: Ishtiaq Khan (A) bt Asif Khan (A).

Featherweight: Aqeel Ahmed (C) bt Nadeem Ahmed (A).

Light Weltarweight: Muhammad Achar (A) bt Muhammad Khan (B).

Welterweight: Mohammad Younis as (A) bt Munawar Feroz (B).

Light heavyweight: Ali (B) bt Pervez Akhtar (B).

Heavyweight: Muhammad Nadeem (A) bt Umar Iqbal (B).

Super heavyweight: Sikandar Ijaz (A) bt Fazal Hussain (A).
