LAHORE, Sept 14: Some former Test cricketers and national grid umpires faced problems in their attempt to get complimentary tickets from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for the third One-day International to be held between Pakistan and Bangladesh at the Gaddafi Stadium under floodlights on Monday.
The problems surfaced when the number of complimentary tickets fell short.
The Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) which is organising the match on behalf of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) managed to arrange more tickets by collecting it from the Allied Bank officials.
Due to weekly holiday on Sunday, the ABL branches were closed but the PCA officials succeeded in getting the tickets by one way or other in the afternoon.
Now the tickets are to be delivered to the cricketers and umpires as most of them had returned empty handed.
