KARACHI: Continental Airlines offers new facilities

By Our Staff Reporter

KARACHI, Sept 14: The Continental Airlines has decided to facilitate its customers from Pakistan by issuing boarding passes and offering baggage check-in facility at their embarking point so that they can get connecting services from Dubai without any problem.

“This facility, which will be available from the next month under the Continental Airlines’ code-sharing flights agreement with the Emirates, via London/Gatwick airport, would help to boost trade and tourism,” the Continental’s general manager, S.L. Mehdi, said while briefing journalists at a local hotel.

He said that during the last 15 years the Continental Airlines had established its roots. Before code-sharing flights, the Continental was operating on the profit sharing formula, he pointed out.

He said that the start of code-sharing would result in additional benefits and opportunities for customers of both the airlines.
