Nazim cancels DCO’s order

ABBOTTABAD, Sept 9: District Nazim Mustafa Jadoon has cancelled the suspension order of Langrial union council nazim passed by the district coordination officer after a no-confidence motion was initiated against him.

The nazim through an order issued on Monday cancelled the notification of no-confidence against the UC nazim and contended that according to the Local Government Ordinance, Section 85(5), the district nazim is empowered to issue such a notification.

The UC nazim distributed copies of the letter under which he had been reinstating him at a press conference in Havelian.
