Fake currency machines seized
MUZAFFARABAD, Sept 2: Police raided a house on Tuesday and seized five machines used for making fake currency, 30 packets of fake 100-rupee notes, 3kg of counterfeit gold, a 30-bore pistol and its 14 rounds besides arresting a member of a gang involved in the business.
City Police Station Additional SHO Sardar Riaz Ahmed Khan told newsmen that the raid was conducted on a tipoff in the Eidgah locality and the detained person, Javed, son of Habibullah, was a member of a gang.
