QUETTA, Sept 1: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court has issued a notice to the SHO Industrial police station asking him to produce a man, Abdul Majid, before the court on Sept 3.
The bench comprising Chief Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed and Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani here on Monday heard the statement of Abddul Majeed’s mother Saeeda and directed to issue notices to the SHO and SI Qutubuddin to appear before the court on Wednesday, September 3.—Correspondent
