Fans complain about lack of facilities

By Our Sports Reporter

PESHAWAR, Aug 29: Inadequate arrangements at the Arbab Niaz Stadium have been causing problems to the spectators who are forced to watch the game without water, toilet facilities and shade over their heads in the scorching heat.

The press gallery remain occupied by irrelevant people mostly the scions and friends of the organisers.

Same is the case with the VIP gallery which remains occupied with children of influential people.

The VIP gallery does not have any VIP. The only VIPs are local police officers and the officials working with the intelligence agencies.

Hundreds of fans who came to the watch the match complained of unavailability of water, bathrooms and refreshments.

The only thing visible in the ground are police. Officials of the police department sit all day in the VIP or Press Gallery enjoying cold drinks.
