DADU, Aug 28: A doctor, Wazir Ali Lashari, was kidnapped by eight armed men from Abdul Samad Lashari village, Mehar taluka on Wedne-sday night.
A large number of villagers staged a protest demonstration outside the Mehar police station on Thursday against his kidnapping. The villagers said police were informed about the incident but they did not chase the kidnappers.
SUICIDE: A woman, Zulekhan, 20, wife of Nizamuddin Mari, committed suicide by taking pesticide over some domestic problem in Chhandan village near Dadu town.
