National baseball from today
LAHORE, Aug 22: National baseball championship will be held at the Iqbal Park Sports Complex from Aug 23 to 28.
At the end of the championship, Pakistan team will be finalised which will take part in the Asia Cup to be held at Sapparo, Japan from Oct 31 to Nov 7.
Pakistan has qualified for the Asia Cup after taking second position in the qualifying round which was held in Thailand early this year.
The national championship will be held on double league basis.
Army will defend the title.
