KARACHI, Aug 10: Inspector General of Police Syed Kamal Shah has directed DIG Operations to establish Madadgar-15 offices at prominent places in the city.

The IGP also ordered that the boards of Madadgar-15 offices should be displayed clearly so that the needy people could approach these offices easily. He also instructed that all deputed police officials and sleuths at the offices of Madadgar-15 should be informed to give due and similar significance and attention to citizens arriving their respective offices, which they give to any individual while registering his complaint on telephone.

Mr Kamal issued these directives during a surprise visit to Madadgar-15 office situated in Gulshan Town.

After inquiring about the achievements of Madadgar-15 staff in Gulshan Town, he announced financial reward for them. He also instructed transferring the present office within 10 days.—PPI
