LAHORE, Aug 1: Noble Club and Wohaib Club won their opening matches in the Lahore City Independence Day Hockey Tournament at the Punjab University Old Campus Ground on Friday.

Noble Club defeated Sports Club 5-1 after taking 3-0 lead at the half time.

Wohaib Club outclassed Crescent Club 3-0 after earning 1-0 lead at the interval.
