Court summons SHO
RAWALPINDI, July 14: The civil judge, Imtiaz Ali, has summoned the station house officer (SHO) of Jatli police station to appear before him on July 22.
The judge summoned Mehar Mohammad Nazir after accepting a contempt of court case filed by Basharat Hussain, a resident of Shaheen Town.
Mr Hussain had contended that the SHO encroached on a street leading to his residence and started construction work on a house, despite a stay order issued by the court.
He alleged that the SHO was hurling threats at his family members, who wanted him to stop the construction work till the further orders of the court.
