U-19 team to be named on 20th

LAHORE, July 13: Pakistan Under-19 team for next month tour of Sri Lanka is expected to be named on July 20.

Chief selector Aamir Sohail told reporters on Sunday that 40 probables had been shortlisted at the conclusion of the trials held in Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi.

Aamir said that the 16-member team would train at the National Academy till its departure to Sri Lanka on Aug 10.

Pakistan Juniors will play three one-day matches series against Sri Lanka besides two three-day and a two-day match against different sides.

Meanwhile, Aamir said that the national camp for  finalising squad for home series against Bangladesh would start from Aug 10.
