QUETTA, July 13: The BHC has declared that the district government will inherit the municipal corporation’s property. Justice Ahmed Khan Lashari, on an appeal filed by District Nazim Mohammad Rahim Kakar against a sessions court decision, declared the allotment of cabins by the Zarghoon town Nazim illegal.—Correspondent
