KARACHI, July 13: Hardly any euphoria was created among citizens by the news report that traffic police in collaboration with Environmental Protection Agency would launch a campaign against smoke emitting and noise making vehicles.
In the past similar drives failed to create even slight impact on misdemeanour of strong transport mafia, who have plundered beauty of the city.—PPI
