KARACHI, July 9: Karachi City Cricket Association on Wednesday announced four of the seven zonal squads which will take part in PCB under-19 cricket tournament starting from Friday.

Meanwhile, trials to select Zone VII and Zone VI teams will be held on Thursday at Customs Academy at 9.00am and UBL Sports Complex at 1.00pm.

Cricketers have been advised to report at their respective venues in proper cricket dress for final trials along with their educational and age certificates and two passport photographs.

Zone-I: Fazal Mohammad Khan (captain), Yasir Hussain, Rahil-ur-Rehman, Shaharyar Ghani, Umair Ahmed, Asad Shafiq, Saqib Basharat, Umair Najam, Shiraz Ishaq, Asad Iqbal, Arsalan Anwar, Noman Alvi, Asad Butt, Tahir Afridi, Noman Hussain, Salman Abbasi, Uzair-ul-Haq, Irfan Ansari and Umrai Bin Zahid. Officials: Aftab Ahmad Khan (manager) and Akbar Alam (coach).

Zone-II: Naveed Khan (captain), Azhar Iqbal, S.M. Raheel, Ali Asad, Abbas Lakhani, Farrukh Zia, Shariq Khan, Sarfraz Ahmed, Mohammad Fahim, Ibrahim Akhtar, Hammad Khan, Nazish Ghuus, Sher Ali, Faraz Ahmed Khan, Mohsin Nasim Abbasi, Shoaib Lodhi, Tahir Hussain, Amanullah, Moazzam Baig and Shahmir Khattak. Officials: Nusrat Mahboob (manager) and Fareeduddin (coach).

Zone-III: Mohsin Nazir (captain), Rameez Raja (vice-captain), Fahad Iqbal, Behram Khan, Zeeshan Jamil, Umair Shaikh, Tabish-ur-Rehman, Amjad Ali, Salman Qurban, Humayun Alamgir, Shoaib Noor, Adeel Malik, Naseer Khan, Ousaf Rabbani, Shaqeeb Feroz, Owais Jamani, Mobin Alam, Adeel Ahmad, Imran Bashir and Mohsin Sultan. Shahid Hamid (manager) and Shaukat Rajput (coach).

Zone-IV: Mansoor Ali (captain), Tariq Murad, Talib Ali, Chaudhry Sajjad, Adnan Mohammad, Wasim Hanif, Mohammad Khalid, Owais Iqbal, Waqas Javed, Mohammad Nasir, Mohammad Tufail, Ammad Rafiq, Shaharyar Zafar, Zeeshan Rahim, Mohammad Shafiq, Abdul Rashid, Raheel Adil, Farmanullah Khan and Mohammad Ali.

Hyderabad team: Hyderabad District Cricket Association (HDCA) on Wednesday announced a 20-member squad.

Squad: Zufliqar Qureshi (captain), Shoaib Leghari (vice-captain), Asif Ali, Zohaib Leghari, Junaid Murtaza, Junaid Memon, Muhammed Asad Siddiqui, Sheeraz Hussain, Sufiyan Ali, Shafique Qureshi, Nauman Ali, Furqan Azeem, Farhan Ayoub, Aneel Iqbal, Yasir Ali, Asif Umer, Taimoor Khan, Faizan Mehmood, Abid Qureshi, Javed Ahmed.

Reserves: Shah Zad Baddaruddin, Tariq Kabeer, Shoaib Ansari, Azhar Ahmed, Faizan Baig, Fahim Mubarak, Farhan Khan, Masroor Rajpar and Asif Nazeer.

The team will leave for Mirpurkhas on Thursday to play the first leg of the tournament against Mirpurkhas District at Municipal Sports Complex.

Pindi squad: Rawalpindi Cricket Association announced the following team for the championship:

Usman Saeed, Tahir Zafar, Zahid Mahmood, Ghulam Murtaza, Shoaib Nasir, Faisal Butt, Mohammad Haroon, Waqas Zafar, Ehsan Khan, Haseeb Amjad, Umar Khalique, Khuram Shahzad, Rashid Afridi, Rizwan Akbar, Rizwan Hanif, Kamran Baig, Khalid Mushtaq, Mohammad Asif Khan, Kashif Bashir and Ehsan Ishtiaq.
