ABC hold Railways

KARACHI, July 5: Askani Brothers Club (ABC) held fancied Pakistan Railways to 1-1 draw in All Pakistan Golden Jubilee football on Friday.

Railway Custodian Muhammad Tariq saved his team from defeat by bringing off more than half a dozen outstanding saves.

Bhutto Shah Murad put ABC in front in 23rd minute. Muhammad Saeed saved Railways blushes seconds before the half time after a goal-bound effort was partially cleared by ABC goalkeeper Muhammad Javed.—APP
