LAHORE, July 4: All umpires from Pakistan will supervise the Asia Youth Cup to be held at seven different grounds in Karachi from July 14 to 27.
Teams from United Arab Emirates, Maldives, Singapore, Nepal, Qatar, Malaysia, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Oman and Thailand are taking part in the tournament.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has announced the eight-member umpiring panel which comprises Aleem Dar, Nadeem Ghouri, Asad Rauf, Saleem Badar, Mian Mohammad Aslam, Riazuddin, Islam Khan and Afzal Ahmad.
Roger Binny of India and Rumesh Ratnayake of Sri Lanka are named in the panel of referees and will supervise all the matches of Pool ‘A’. While three Pakistanis Munawar Agha, Taslim Arif and Haris Khan will be the referees for the Pool ‘B’ matches.
Mian Aslam and Islam Khan will supervise the first semifinal on July 25 while Saleem Badar and Asad Rauf the second prefinals.
Aleem Dar and Nadeem Ghouri will be the umpires for the final.
