KARACHI, July 3: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) says it will start disbursing agricultural production loans for Kharif crops under one-window operations from July 7.

“Small farmers having irrigated land holding up to 25 acres or Barani (land) up to 50 acres are eligible under this scheme for a maximum loan of Rs60,000,” a ZTBL announcement says. These production loans are being provided for the purchase of good quality seed, appropriate doze of fertilizer and pesticides.
