KARACHI, June 29: The protesting students of Sindh Medical College, whose hunger strike entered its 14th day, drew attention of some more political figures on Sunday.
The leaders, who visited the aggrieved students on Sunday, were Mamnoon Hussain and Salim Zia of the PML (N), Muzaffar Ali Shujra, Habib Junaidi and Rashid Rabbani of the Pakistan Peoples Party, and Maulana Muhammad Umer Sadiq of the MMA.
The visiting political party leaders and their legislators expressed their sympathies to students.
