KARACHI, June 27: The University of Karachi on Friday declared the results of MBBS (Final Professional) Annual Examination-2003, with a pass percentage of 63.87.

A student of Karachi Medical and Dental College, Muffazal Shabbir Rawala, seat no 6004, secured the first position, while second and third positions went to Qurat-ul-Ain Shaikh, seat no 6550, and Fareeha Ehsan, seat no 6466, of Dow Medical College respectively.

In all, 1,071 candidates appeared in exams, out of which 684 were declared pass. Results of 14 students were withheld for want of particulars.
