US trooper killed in Iraq
WASHINGTON, June 26: One American special forces soldier was killed and eight others wounded on Thursday by hostile fire in southwestern Baghdad, the US military said.
In a statement, the Central Command did not describe the circumstances under which the American troops came under fire.—Reuters
