NEW YORK, June 25: The number of US homeowners looking to refinance a home or applying for a loan to buy a home fell last week as rates rose from their record lows, according to an industry survey. The Mortgage Bankers Association of America on Wednesday reported that its gauge of demand for mortgage refinancings fell 10.5pc to 8,204.6 last week.—Reuters
