KARACHI, June 23: Dr Ishrat Ul Ibad, governor of Sindh, on Monday held a telephonic discussion with Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali and Punjab governor Lt-Gen Khalid Maqbool and Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Ilahi and conveyed the reservations of Sindh regarding the Thal canal project.

During the discussion, it was agreed upon that national integrity and inter-provincial harmony will be given top priority and all issues will be decided in accordance with mutual consent and in supreme interest of the country.—PPI
