Seminar on hepatitis awareness

LAHORE, June 21: The federal ministry of health, the Punjab health department and the World Health Organization is set to arrange a seminar on hepatitis awareness here on Monday (tomorrow).

Specialists will read their papers on various types of hepatitis and its prevention, control of risk factors, use of sterilized equipment for dental care and proper disposal of hospital waste.

Health Director-General Maj-Gen Muhammad Aslam (retired) will read his paper on national policy and requirements for prevention and control of the disease.—APP
