Shafkat made additional secy
ISLAMABAD, June 19: Pakistan’s Ambassador to Kuwait Shafkat Saeed has been appointed as additional secretary at the ministry of foreign affairs, sources at the ministry told Dawn on Thursday.
Khizer Hayat Niyazi, Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Australia, would be the new ambassador to Kuwait, the sources added.
Mr Hayat had previously served at the Pakistan embassy in Oman and Qatar.
