Unhappy Sarwar

By Our Sports Correspondent

LAHORE, June 14: Discarded striker Mohammad Sarwar said on Saturday Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) should include him in the squad rather than just inviting for the training camps.

“I am physically fit and want to play until next year’s Olympics,” the former captain said while talking to reporters here.

Sarwar, who was axed for the Australian tour, said the seniors should be included in the team to make it a formidable side for the upcoming Champions Trophy and Olympiad.

He claimed that both events were tough and the youngsters were not capable to deliver in those contests.
