KARACHI, June 14: The Special Events Committee, along with the Music Committee of the Arts Council, held a music programme on Friday night, at which vocalists and dancers enthralled the audience with their performances.
The first piece was presented by Nafees Ahmad, who played the tune of Mujh sey pehli si mohabbat on his Sitar, accompanied by Mehmood Ali on Tabla and Babu Bhai on harmonium.

Mehnaz began her performance with a Ghazal by Dagh. She also presented poetical works of Hazrat Amir Khusrau and Ahmed Faraz. She graciously obliged the request, made to her by the audience, to sing Chap tilak.
