MINGORA, June 7: Two persons died and 18 others sustained serious injuries when a pick-up overturned in the Gashkor area of Khwazakhela tehsil on Friday.
The Manglowar-bound pick-up carrying a wedding party went out of the driver’s control and fell into a deep ravine.
Those who lost their lives were identified as Amjad Ali and Nawaz Khan.
The names of the injured, who were rushed to the nearby hospital are: Abdur Rehman, Amir Qadir, Saleem, Shujaat Ali, Mrs Naheed, Madar Khan, Junaid, Amjad Ali, Mrs Talimanda, Nek Mohammad, Mohammad Amen and Sabaz Ali.
The names of the remaining injured persons could not be ascertained.
