KARACHI, June 5: A meeting of the Katchi Abadis cell of the Karachi Building Control Authority held here on Wednesday discussed the formation of layout plan of all roads and streets in and outside katchi abadis so that the provision of basic infrastructure, including electric poles, water and sewerage pipelines, could be provided.
The meeting was told that there were 539 registered katchi abadis in Karachi out of which 50 had been regularized.—PPI
