KARACHI, June 3: Sindh government in collaboration with e-cube, a computer firm, will conduct survey study to impart Information Technology (IT) training to students and jobless graduates in the province to fill unemployment gap and increase their qualification as per market demand.

This was decided at a presentation held before the Minister for Information Technology, Yaqoob Ilyas, at his office by e-cube firm. The survey will identify the training areas in different fields for both overseas and local IT projects, and earn foreign exchange.

The feasibility study, being carried out, will include holding of workshops, seminars and group discussions. The firm will also develop a questionnaire, which will be required to be filled in by each head of the department.

The seminars, to be conducted under the project, will be attended by Sindh IT Minister, Secretary and Additional Secretary. — APP
