India test-fires missile
BHUBANESWAR, May 29: India on Thursday test-fired its medium range surface-to-air Akash missile from a remote testing range off in Chandipur, officials said.
The missile was test-fired from a mobile launcher at about 5pm (1130 GMT) from the Integrated Test Range, 200km from Bhubaneswar, capital of Orissa state.—AFP
