KARACHI: KBCA cautions public

KARACHI, May 26: The Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) on Monday cautioned the public against any deal with the builders of an under-construction project named Sea World Residency” at plot CA-1 in Clifton block 6.

The KBCA, in a press statement, said the NOC period for sale and advertisement of the above-mentioned project had expired and had not been renewed by the builders.

It said people would be themselves responsible for any booking and purchase in the project.

The KBCA asked people to get information from the KBCA before booking or purchase of any project in the city, in order to avoid any possible loss.

The statement further said that in its demolition drive against illegal constructions in the city, the KBCA had removed RCC slabs on the second, third and fourth floors of a construction in PECHS block 2 on plot 903-C.

In Hyderabad Colony, the partition wall and roof of the third floor of plot number 246 was demolished.

The KBCA also sealed the illegally constructed portion of plot ST-29/1 in sector 32-B of the Korangi area.—PPI\APP
