ISLAMABAD, May 25: The one-window operation initiated by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) would be strengthened for the speedy resolution of the citizens’ problems.
This was stated by CDA chairman Chaudhry Abdul Rauf during his visit to a ‘one-window operation’ centre.
The CDA chairman announced that a computerized system would be given to the directorate. All necessary requirements will be provided to the directorate to ensure early resolution of the citizens’ problems, he added.
Mr Rauf expressed satisfaction over the performance of one- window operation and appreciated the efficiency and commitment of the staff in resolving peoples’ problems.
He said owing to upgradation of the Chief Complaint Office, applicants can easily access the officers for early redressal of their problems.
The CDA chief complaint officer, Inamul Raheem, said at least 800 complaints were being received daily.
He said the CDA had established 10 inquiry centres in different sectors under the supervision of assistant complaint officers with a team of 40 staffers at each centre.—APP
