Scattered rains forecast

ISLAMABAD, May 23: Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast scattered rains in the upper parts of the country in the next couple of days.

According to the a met office statement, a rainy system is presently developing over Iran and Afghanistan that is likely to enter Pakistan in the next 48 hours.

Owing to the weather system, it said, scattered rains with dust and thunderstorm were expected in Punjab, NWFP and Kashmir in the next two days.
