QUETTA, May 19: Balochistan National Party (BNP-Awami) central leaders have stated that party has apprehensions about the mega projects in the province, stressing that people’s interest should not be jeopardized.

Speaking at a joint news conference here on Sunday, they demanded of the federal government to implement province’s constitutional quota in the federal government departments. Senator Moheem Khan Baloch, and Mir Israullah Zehri of the party spoke at the conference.

National Finance Commission (NFC) award on area basis and fixing the Sui gas price equivalent to Sindh gas prices were essential for Balochistan’s economic stability, they argued.
